Who we are

AIDrama is a production studio for vertical series. The site aidrama.info is the studio’s working area: the team and the studio’s clients upload episodes there, leave frame-accurate comments and hand over finished files. Access is by invitation only — there is no public registration.

What we store

Accounts: name, login, role in the project and the language of the interface. We never ask for a passport, an address or payment details.

Work materials that users upload themselves: video, sound, images, documents, comments and the time they were left.

Service records: who opened which page and who changed what. They exist to answer «who moved this» and are visible only to the studio’s administrators.

Google account data

A studio administrator may connect a Google account so that finished files can be handed over to the client’s folder on Google Drive. We store only the token that lets us keep doing that — never the password.

We use the Google Drive permission for one thing: to create the delivery folders, upload the finished files of the project into the folder that was shared with the studio, and read back their size and checksum to be sure the upload is complete. We do not open, index, copy or analyse anything else in the account, and we never use this data for advertising or for training models.

The connection can be revoked at any time — in the studio’s settings or in the Google account itself, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AIDrama’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where the data lives

On a dedicated server the studio rents in Germany (netcup GmbH, Nuremberg). The connection to the site is encrypted. Backups stay on the same server and on the studio’s own computers.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell data, we do not hand it to advertising networks and there are no analytics or tracking scripts on the site. Materials of a project are visible to the people invited to that project and to the studio’s administrators.

The single exception is the hand-over the client asks for: finished files go to the Google Drive folder the client has shared with the studio.

Cookies

Two: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers the language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Keeping and deleting

Materials are kept while the project is running and for as long as the studio and the client need them afterwards. Write to hello@aidrama.info and we will delete an account and the materials of the person who asks, except what we have to keep for accounting.

Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
